A Quiet Checklist for Three Charts

Candlestick chart on a trading screen

Use one higher, one intermediate, and one execution timeframe. On each, mark only: trend of last swing, nearest structure level, and whether price is mid-range or at an edge.

Then answer one question: do all three charts allow the same directional idea? If two do and one does not, your job is to name the conflict—not to invent a clever entry that ignores it.

Toolkit Ridge sessions drill this checklist until it feels slow and ordinary. Ordinary is the point. Fancy overlays come later, if at all.
