Refund policy
This policy applies to Toolkit Ridge training sessions: workshops, mentoring, intensives, and private chart reviews. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for confirmed training bookings made with Toolkit Ridge. Informal enquiries without a confirmed booking do not create a refundable payment.
Timeframe
Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled session start. Cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 7 days are generally non-refundable except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise or where we cancel the session.
Full and partial refunds
A full refund returns the session fee paid. A partial refund applies to late cancellations as above, or when only part of a multi-session mentoring package remains unused and we agree in writing to end the package early.
Non-refundable items
Printed materials already produced for a named participant, third-party venue fees we cannot recover, and completed private review sessions are non-refundable. Mentoring sessions already delivered within a package are deducted from any package refund at the single-session rate stated in your booking note.
Refund process
Email studio@toolkit-ridge.click with your name, session title, date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and outline the refund assessment.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
Cancellation by Toolkit Ridge
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a later date. We are not responsible for travel costs you arranged independently.
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice at no extra fee, subject to available dates. Later reschedule requests may be treated as a cancellation under the timeframe rules above.
Deposits
Where a deposit holds a workshop seat, it is applied to the session fee. Deposits follow the same timeframe rules as full fees unless your booking note states a different hold period.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a cancellation inside 7 days. No refund is issued for no-shows, and missed mentoring slots in a package are marked as used.
Work already started
If a private review or intensive has begun (materials issued or live session started), fees for the commenced portion are non-refundable. Unused future mentoring sessions in a package may still qualify for a partial refund as described above.
Purchased materials
Physical checklists or workbooks prepared for you after booking confirmation are non-refundable once printed or posted. Digital session notes issued after attendance remain yours; their cost is not separately refunded.
Exceptions
Serious illness or emergency may allow goodwill rescheduling or refund outside the standard windows when documented and requested promptly. Statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
