Content and sessions are for instruction and skill practice only. Nothing on this site is personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or an offer of brokerage or portfolio management.

3. Website use

You may browse pages for personal, non-commercial information about our training. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false enquiry details.

4. Bookings and pricing

Prices shown are informational. A place is confirmed only after we reply to your enquiry and you accept the written session details. No checkout or payment processing runs on this website.

5. Intellectual property

Workshop materials, checklists, and site copy remain owned by Toolkit Ridge unless a session agreement says otherwise. You may keep materials issued to you for personal study; redistribution requires permission.

6. Participant conduct

Live sessions require respectful participation. We may remove a participant who disrupts the room or shares others’ charts without consent, with refund treatment as described in our refund policy.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Toolkit Ridge is not liable for trading outcomes following training. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
